By 10/15/2021, city government vaccination data indicated 100% of the adult population with the first dose and about 64.4% had already taken the two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.

  • Officially tourism was reopened on June 10, 2020.
  • Second closing between July 1st and 14th, 2020.
  • The governor of the State of Paraná announced the suspension of non-essential services and activities, from 02/27/21 to 03/08/21 (source), extended until 03/10/21 (source). However, the city ​​hall of Foz do Iguaçu will reopen the services in 03/08/21 (source), even with the ICU bed capacity reaching the limit.
  • The city ​​hall of Foz do Iguaçu suspended activities on Sunday, 03/14/21 (source), however the Tourist Attractions and tourist services will remain open.

  • The city has an activy daily curfew from 0am to 5am.
